Sundara Kandade and Raghunath Kandade - Founders

Engineers founded Fykays Engineering Pvt Ltd with a view reducing Industry’s reliance on imported sensors and systems for temperature and molten metal sampling. In a short space on time Fykays became known for being the first mover for developing new products of increasing value to Industry. The founders cultivated and a spirit of innovation and adding ever-increasing value to industry.

Building upon this spirit fostered by the founders, the current management team of Fykays is focussed on developing new systems for Iron and Steel industry and adding measurable value to Industry.

About Our Managing Director

Kripa Kandade

With a background in finance and over 35 years of industry experience of which 6 have been in the iron and steel industry, Kripa brings her vast experience into her role as managing director of Fykays. She is responsible for the sales and marketing function, General administration, employee development, and process adoption.

About Our Product Developer

Soumya Sagar

An electromechanical Engineer with over 12 years of industry experience, Soumya is focused on solution design, development, and installation in addition to being responsible for new product development.
